Turkish Salash Natural Grill will be taking part in South Tyneside Restaurant Week for the first time this year.

Crushed walnuts, bulgur, finely chopped red bell peppers, celery, tomato, spring onion, pomegranate, lemon juice and parsley dressed in virgin olive oil

Chicken Shish

Chicken cubes, charcoal girlled and served with bread, cooked tomatoes, peppers and fresh salad

Beyti Sarma (Chicken/Lamb)

Lamb or chicken mince with herbs and spices formed on skewers, chargrilled and served with tortilla bread, yoghurt, tomato sauce, cooked tomatoes, peppers and a drizzle of hot butter

Izmir Kofte 

Roasted lamb meatballs in a special tomato sauce with potato, peppers and served with rice

Vegetarian Mousakta

Aubergine, potatoes, carrot, mushroom, peppers and spinach in a creamy sauce topped with cheddar cheese and tomato sauce
